How to make highlights with hair extensions look natural

Okay, so this is a tutorial on how to make highlights using hair extensions, and making them look natural!

First of all, whether I want highlights or not, the way I make extensions look natural is by using different lengths of hair.  The longer length on the bottom to the middle, the shorter length starting at the middle to the top  (see my other post, about making hair extensions look natural).

I have 18" in jet black, 18" in the color 1b, 14" in espresso, and 14" in light brown.  I use the light brown to make the highlights, and like I said in the other post, I start off with the longest at the bottom.  So, for example, I put all of the 18" jet black at the bottom and all of the 14" espresso at the top as usual, but I put the 14" light brown extensions between the jet black and the espresso extensions.

This is what mine looks like

You don't have to use 3 or, 4 different colors, but make sure you get the colors in the lengths, you want on the bottom, or the top.  Put the highlight extensions between your normal colored extensions, and don't forget to do the sides.
