How to take care of a new belly button piercing

3 quick tips for caring for a new belly button piercing. My belly button was pierced a few months ago, and I followed these steps and mine never got infected, so I hope this helps someone!

Clean your piercing 3 times day using saline solution, not hydrogen peroxide, not rubbing alcohol, not soap use saline solution.  

When you clean your piercing, let it soak in the saline solution for a minute or two, and then use a q-tip to clean around the piercing, and the top and the bottom of the piercing

In the shower, let the water clean the piercing, don't use soap.

Don't move the piercing around too much when your not cleaning it, just leave it alone.

Nano Titanium Babyliss Straightener

Hello, I haven't posted anything new in a few days because this week has been sooo hectic, but right now I have something new to talk about which is the Babyliss titanium straightener

First of all, I really love this straightener.  It goes through the hair so smooth, and it made my hair really sleek and shiny too.  Most straighteners are ceramic, or tourmaline, like the Chi.  I actually have the Chi, so I can compare, but the Babyliss is titanium, and it is suppose to be better for the hair.

It maintains the high heat temperature, it takes less time to style the hair with this straightener, and it styles the hair  from within, which is less damaging to the hair.

I got this set from Sally's, it comes with the straightener, and the mini travel blow dryer

How to pierce your cartilage

This post is going to be different from all my other posts, it's kind of a tutorial, but its not about makeup, hair, or fashion I'm going to tell you how to pierce your cartilage!

I pierced my cartilage myself, and it was successful, it didn't get infected, and it looks so cute! so, I'm going to tell you how I did it!

(This is my ear by the way)

Things you'll need:

Alcohol wipes

Ice

piercing earring (not a needle)

1. I got a special piercing earring, that's sharp at the end.  You don't want to pierce it with a needle and then take the needle out to put the earring in.

2. Before piercing anything, the first thing I did was sterilize everything,  I wiped off the whole earring, and the earring back with an alcohol wipe

3.I numbed my ear with a lot of ice, and this can take awhile, but it's worth it because you don't feel a thing!

4. Mark a small dot on my ear, with a marker, where I wanted to pierce it

5.  Hold ice next to the dot, while I put the point of the earring on the dot

6. Start to push the earring through, but keep holding the ice there, if the ice starts to melt get more ice

7. It helps to turn the earring while pushing it through, and you don't just want to stab it through your ear, because that could damage your cartilage

8. When the earring is all the way through, you can take the ice away, and put the back on the earring

9. Clean your piercing everyday
